Woot Woot.com, Woot! sent defective TV to me and will not provide return address - pushing off all responsibility to the manufacture. Internet

I purchased a 42 inch Silo HDTV in July from Woot. The TV started shutting itself off every few minutes on the 2nd day that we used it, and eventually it shut itself down permanently. Clearly - the product Woot sent us was defective.

I emailed rma@woot.com and they said I should contact the warranty company or the manufacturing company (other customers that experienced the same thing as me have already contacted Silo, and Silo's response was that the serial number relating to these TV's that Woot has been selling to us indicate that these TV's are STOLEN items. This certainly makes Woot company's integrity and business conduct questionable.).

Woot is basically dodging the responsibility of providing approperiate customer service - they must know they're cheating consumers of hundreds and thousands of dollars.

At this point I just want a return address so I can send the TV back for a refund - I don't even mind the hassle of repackaging the TV and carrying this 80 lbs TV five blocks down the street to the post office.  Isn't what I am asking for the standard for an online business?

I advise everyone to be careful with Woot purchases.
