I have a hospital debt. I set up a payment plan, which they accepted. but for only 3 months, then we set up another one for six months. then it fell through the cracks. they said they tried to contact me, which is a lie!!

I was served a summons. i called to see what i could do. i do not want a judgement on my credit, well to bad.. if i don't give them 150.00 a month or close to it they will garnish my wages at 25%. I cannot afford this i told them.. well again to bad.. even if i set up the payment at 150.00 the judgement is still filed..

I ask for these statement in writing. No way,, The rude rep won't put their demands in writing.

It is obvious they have no empathy for your hardships. I am looking at back surgery in the near future.

I cannot afford 150.00 they don't care. they are rip offs with all their fees. you will never get out from under oweing them unless you are fortunate enough to pay the amount in full..

i ask when the court date is.. I was told their isn't one, they would be honored the judgement automatically.

i need to seek the advice of a attorney, I cannot afford one and they know it.

I had a successful payment plan set up, they are the ones that stopped it.. just so they can squeeze more money out of you.. they are sharks. their should be laws against their activities.

I don't know what to do or where to turn for help..
