EDitor's UPDATED info 2-20-04: Rip-off Report is still receiving complaints that they are not receiving the refunds as promised. Rip-off Report has been in contact with the Company and has made them aware of these issues. They have assured us that refunds are being given to those who are providing them with all the correct contact information requested by them. They have also provided confirmation/proof of over 2,600 refunds to date, on a spreadsheet, and Rip-off Report staff called and verified more than a dozen consumers at random, all very angry & outraged, but, they all did get their refund. The company again apologized for the delay and reported that credit to your account could take as long as 4-5 days. As we understand it, this company only does the processing for all the other companies, so they are at the mercy of those companies funds, further delaying your refund.
Rip-off Report is hoping they will live up to what they have promised, we think they will, ..we'll see. Rip-off Report will continue to investigate more into this situation, and we will eventually post an UPDATE to the main Report at this web address: https://www.ripoffreport.com/view.asp?id=76605
Please be patient, we can only tell you what they are telling us.

I had a young man call me one day as I was trying to figure out how to pay some of my bills, he asked if I would like a credit card with an unsecured guaranteed limit of $2,000.00, I was alittle desperate at the time so i said I would. I asked how long it would take? He said 2 weeks max. that was in the middle of January 2004. He then said if I paid $299.00 now the card would never have any other charges. He never once mentioned any packets or other benefits that accompanied the card, just said it was to help build my credit.
Superior took $299.00 out of my account on the 26th of January 2004. I have tried and triedto get info from them to no avail, the last time I tried calling their phone number was no longer in service and the company that did their billing said they no longer processed Superior's refunds. (An Associate of that company said to call them for my refund if I had problems with Superior.)
I have all of the info. including names and such on file. My bank won't refund the money because I didn't find out this was a scam untill the 60 days had passed. now I can't even afford the guide from Rip-off Revenge to do it myself. I hope Superior Benefits and Associates are never allowed to do business again! P.S. I just tried to call and get an address but the number on a membership card is disconnected now too. today is 4/06/2004
