World Benefits Joins Rip-off Report "Corporate Advocacy Program"

Every company receives complaints, but how they handle those complaints separates good business from bad business.

After realizing there are consumers who have posted statements about their company, the owners of this company have approached us to help get them in touch with each person who has filed a Rip-off Report, in an effort to go beyond the call of good customer service. In some cases they feel their Customer Service People might have acted inappropriately, but the client had also misunderstood a part of the program and, due to their satisfaction guarantee, want to speak with these clients.

World Benefits tells us they are not infallible and are actually glad Rip-off Report exists and praise us for our good work, also stating, It is impossible to be 100% sure that every client fully understands everything and is completely satisfied. There are unsatisfied customers out there and we do not want that.

After talking with the owner and several executives of World Benefits, I am certain that World Benefits does not want even one unsatisfied customer. They also assured Rip-off Report that certain procedures have been put in place to upgrade customer service and that this is implemented at all times. One executive stated, We cannot monitor every customer service agent at all times. Sometimes they may not handle a client completely correctly. Sometimes employees try not to give refunds as they do not want to make it seem as though they are losing the company's money; they think this will be frowned upon."

He continued, We sell a fantastic package and most of our customers are thrilled as to what we have to offer. There is no reason to have unsatisfied customers when there are plenty of potential clients out there, who would love the opportunity to save the kind of money that our program offers to them. ..He also stated that he knows some outside sales employees often want to make sales goals and the client may not have completely understood the sales agreement. That is why they have their satisfaction guarantee.

World Benefits stated that they sell thousands of money-saving packages a week, ..Rip-off Report believes this is so commendable that they are worried about the 50 or so Rip-off Reports filed against them in comparison to the amount of customers they are servicing. Hopefully there will be more businesses out there coming forward like World Benefits.

Rip-off Report has also uncovered a few phony Rip-off Reports that were filed against World Benefits by disgruntled ex-employees who were fired, and we even located several reports that were submitted by a competitive company who couldn't keep up with the savings that World Benefits had to offer.

We are contacting each of you who filed a Rip-off Report in the past, via email, to let you know that if you have a complaint, they are ready and willing to respond to your complaints and concerns through a special email address that goes directly to the owner of the company benefitsbiz@hotmail.com All emails to this address will be responded to either that same day or by the end of the next business day.

Please contact us at EDitor@ripoffreport.com, ONLY after you have worked out your situation, but we ask that you contact World Benefits as soon as possible.

We will under NO CIRCUMSTANCES give out your personal info to them; we have given you their contact info so YOU can contact them. Rip-off Report will never give out your contact info.

This is a great step towards a small victory for consumers and we believe that World Benefits is sincere in their attempt to do the right thing, as has been the company's policy since it's inception.

YOU MUST send them the web address of your specific Rip-off Report. That is the web address up top in your Internet browser when viewing your specific Rip-off Report. Your web address will look like this one below with different numbers at the end:

This address will be used to help us track those of you who respond. World Benefits will base their verification on your 10 digit telephone number you signed up with, and work off that as proof you were an actual customer because as stated before, we believe that some postings on Rip-off Report might be former employees now working for competing companies. You will NOT have to give any credit card information, but may have to verify some other information. Upon verification your complaint is valid, they will let us know when you have been taken care of and send us back your story web address that you sent to them. This will help us to verify you have been helped. The owner stated their goal is to satisfy all their customers.
