i had the same issue with the company and they took 1530lb from my bank never trust sites like this one total ripoff!!!

I also sold some tickets thru them and never received payment! How can we all get in a group and share information and ideas on how to get these liars and thieves??

If you do business with these guys, you are about to experience your biggest disappointment in life. These are real scammers, professional con artist, please STAY AWAY… They will rob and steal from you as soon as you give them a chance. Please do not provide credit card, account number, PayPal…… They are EVIL and they mean no Good. They pretend to sell/buy/trade tickets out of a virtual Madrid office, but they ALL live in the UK. They use common names such as Charlotte Brown, John White, Alex Johnson, Andrew, Steven, James, etc.... because they want to disappear with no trace when your transaction is over… I personally know 4 persons who are currently looking for them as we speak. One picture is being turned over to Interpol and the FBI. They have robbed over 4000 GBP from these guys and they intend to continue. They pretend to provide the platform for exchange when in fact they are looking to steal from both sides, buyer and seller. If you had already provided your credit card info, please cancel it NOW, RIGHT NOW…… We will bring them to justice………..

I too am having trouble recovering moneys which a friend paid these crooks for World Cup tickets. Promises to refund money but nothing actually done. Goodness knows where they are located. Today they don't answer any phones either London or Madrid... I shall get lawyers on to it and also take steps to find them and take personal revenge. I hate thieves like this who make people's lives a misery and prey on honest folk. they make me sick and very angry.

I've been in contact with them for a day after buying a ticket for the world cup final. After having given them my credit card details they are asking me to pay by bank transfer and not by credit card.

Like you it seems to always be the same person on the phone, do you really think it's a Ripoff ? Have you got any more details concerning your case ?  Are they letting you down ?
