Sent a letter in the mail, detailing a job offer for a mystery shopper, enclosed with a Check from Hancock Bank. Was told to deposit the check, and take enough out to complete the tasks. Tasks were completing a transaction with Moneygram, spending $100 at Walmart, and spending $100 at Sears.

Company adamently called over and over when Moneygram task was not completed in first hour. They called me from a cell phone number and texted my phone as well. Cell phone number that contacted me - (647)707-4730. Whenever I call this number now, there has been a busy signal, and then a message saying that this number is no longer available.

After the tasks were completed, I did not hear from the company regarding the CSET( Customer Service Evaluation Tool) that we were supposed to fill out. The following day, the check that they activated and instructed us to take money out and use, had been stopped. Bouncing the account around $1,800, I cannot pay my bills, I fear losing my car, all because I was interested in making a little extra money.

We have direct deposit, and the bank has informed us that my boyfriend's entire check will be taken, plus we will still owe around $900. I am almost in tears writing this report. I don't know how we are going to pay for anything now.
