World Traders Association is one of the biggest internet scam. They are still operating today as International Merchandise Group(IMG) in Denver CO. The new site is http://www.imgresults.com. Check it out its all the same con artist up there and Mike Morgan is running the show in Colorado. Mike Morgan used to work in the CA office along with others. Alan Hoffman is the persident of WTA, now Alan has expanded the business to a new territory with Mike Morgan as a join venture. They are constantly ripping off the Americans everyday of $6950 per head.

Their scam is very simply as follows:

1) They get the leads from the internet

2) they send you a colorful brochure and they will call you to setup with a bogus interview.

3) During the interview, they will brain wash you with a bogus promise of a genuine home based business.

4) Finally you decided to join IMG (or so called as WTA in the past) with $6950 of your hard earned money. Then in one week or two you will realize that it was all a setup, your money is gone in the cloud to IMG and WTA. Their website is all phony, all products are just a show case. No calls return by them if you ask them why and so you are dumped and trashed!

These people are white collars criminals who are sitting in their home based office in Sylmar, CA and another in Las Vegas, NV and the third location now in Denver CO, and enjoying every moments of their life by looting the Americans who are eagered to make a better living by venturing in their fraudulent business and finally learned that they have been looted and deceited along with many others. Many people are not aware that they should file an official complain to California Attorney General office. Only the attorney general can take action and prosecute them. Last year 5 complains was filed at the Better Business Bureau in CA. This years they received another 5 complains in last six month. Please note according to CA law, BBB cannot take action against an internet based business such as WTA. The only place who can take action against WTA and IMG is the Attorney General office. So if you have been deceited by WTA then file a complain to CA attorney general and the NV attorney general office. If your contract is from IMG, then file a complain to CO attorney general office.

I urge you all to keep contact with each other and inform us the progress of your complains or any legal actions. You can file a law suit in your own state against WTA and IMG because they are a corporation and you are entitle to prosecute them in your own state. The fee is only $35.

After WTA registration was revoked in CA on May 2003, they formed a new website and a company called International Merchandise Group on July 3, 2003. Check their new website www.imgresults.com. Both IMG and WTA share the same DNS server NS1.choiceinternet.com and NS2.choiceinternet.com

IMG is now operating in Colorado instead by moving slightly away from the banned territory in California so their network can continue to operate within close range. Their office in Las Vegas, Navada and Sylmar CA still exist and the Denver, Colorado office acting as a store front to attract new customers to swindle a sum of $8000 from anyone who they can trap in their lucrative scam business.

More than 500 affiliates who invested for WTA home based business lost their investment money between $6995 to $7995.

Finally to comply with the attorney general ruling, WTA took down their website www.wtraders.com but the other website, wtaaffiliates.org, which display the phony products still exist. Now they re-emerge as a new company, International Merchandise Group, and has new websitea IMGRESULTS.COM and IMGROUPONLINE.COM
However, they still never learn their lesson because nobody in the company were arrested and prosecuted.

Now IMG and WTA are still continuing to operate in different states in CO, NV and CA and they will continue to ripoff hundreds and thousands of people in years to come. If they are not stop now, more people will lose their life time savings from them. It is time to call it an end to the scam. Let the attorney general office in CO, CA and NV investigate this matter. Let us all affiliates who have been ripoff by WTA and IMG come forward and file a complain.
