We have been waiting a long time for an itemized list of where our money went, however, World Wide / Affordable Housing does not seem to think ithat knowing where $32,000 of our dollars went is none of our business.
The 2 main agents that 'handled' everything for us, Angela Meeks and Brian Nelms, quit their jobs a few days later and skipped town. Their supervisor, Alex Deagan, told us he had 15 other complaints against the 2 missing agents and would do his best to 'fix' things for us. He has done NOTHING.
Not only are we missing money, but the retro fit work they did on our home was below even shabby standards!
The young boys they hired to do the grown up work was and still is unacceptable! Our back steps were destroyed and never replaced. Our outdoor electic box was destroyed and left laying on the ground. The workers also cut our phone line and did not bother to inform us, nor did they fix the problem. They also left HUGE chunks of cement ALL around our home.
They tore part of our fence down to get their trucks through and never put it back up. The list of ill performed duties goes on.
We were promised things for inside our new home that were never delivered. They did, however, deliver our carpet after MONTHS of waiting. Wrong color. Sent it back. Wrong carpet the 2nd time as well.
Brought us cracked steps for our front door. Left our back porch in dangerous conditions.
Where is our money? Where are the 2 missing agents? Why wont World Wide / Affordable Housing HELP US!?
I'll tell you why. They are GUILTY of THEFT. They are GUILTY of VERY BAD workmanship. They are Guilty of FRAUD!

When I read this report, it disturbed me. Yes, I tried to help this customer with her loan. I was not responsible for the building or contractor work. This was done through an approved contractor through Affordable Housing. It is unfortunate that the customer feels that I had something to do with this. The fact is that I did leave the company due to a career opportunity, not to run away. Unfortunately, I am a victim as well. The company did not pay me the remaining money that was due to me. I wish you good luck.
