World Wide Foto Company Refuses to accept exchanges or refund money on inferior Photographic Equipment ..Their policy is You buy it you own it! Miami Florida

In regards to the complaint already filed here against WORLD WIDE FOTO of Miami, I completely agree with this complaint! I purchased a set of strobes from this store and when they did not work properly I tried returning them, ..they FLATLY REFUSED! I then asked them to make some adjustment and also they REFUSED! I believe this store is going out of business and they don't really care what they are doing to their reputation! ..Anyway if you are planning on making any photo equipment purchases in Miami I would certainly find another store to buy from!

ATTENTION: THE ORIGINAL ABOVE REPORT WAS ACCIDENTLY FILED BEFORE CORRECTING ALL ERRORS ...THE FOLLOWING IS THE CORRECT REPORT:

Recently I purchased a Flash accessory from WORLD WIDE FOTO IN MIAMI FL. ..this type of accessory is available online at hundreads of other stores, and all of them offer some sort of refund policy (But Not this Store) The Clerk who reminded me of a Used Car Salesman quickly informs me that this is not returnable at his store!  But because I need this equipment that afternoon I have no choice but to quickly test it at the store and make the purchase, ..Later that day I return to my studio and test it further, I now discover this flash accessory is just a piece of Crap! ..It keeps falling off the Flash! ..It does not inprove the photographs! ..It creates what is known as a hotspot! ..it is just a piece of expensive Garbage! I then called the manufacturer and I'm informed that the item I just bought has been long discontinued and replaced by another flash accessory, they also tell me that the one I just purchased is not even intended to be used with my type of flash! ..none of this was ever mentioned at the time I purchased the accessory! ..and To make matters even worse the newer replacement model sells at this store for ten dollars less ..than the discontinued one they sold me! I emailed the Manager of the store explaining all of this hopeing to at least get an exchange of merchandise, since their receipt states they Never Refund CASH!  ...They never even responded to my email! I really don't expect to ever hear from these crooks, ..But I would like to WARN other photographers who may live in or visit Miami FL ..if you make a purchase at WORLD WIDE FOTO you had better be sure of what you are buying, ..because once it leaves that store Good or Bad you own it!
