First I receive a call about buying a website which includes a number of affiliate stores, as well as selling health insurance, loans & mortgages. Your site will be advertised well and will receive great commissions. Cost is $450.00. Some one esle will be contacting with me to set everything up. I wait 2 to 3 days and start thinking I just made a big mistake. They did promise 30-day refund.

I finally got a call from some one named Chris. He tells me it would be a good idea if I bought an advertising package for my site. We discuss some of the details and then I agree.

Then Mike Phillips comes on the line and tells me what a wise decision I made and how privileged I was to be talking to him.  He explains how many targetted visitors I will get to my site, and that I will also get a TV commercial.  He tells me about how much money I will be raking in ($10,00 per month). I thought If I divide that by 4, I'd still be doing okay. He explains that he only works with 25 special people a year, as he is a new father and wants to spend more time at home. Also tells me that someone will be contacting me about picking out a domain name for my site. For the time being, I will receive a tripleio site with a 4-digit number in front of it.

We agreed on a price of $7500.00 and then gives me all the contact phone numbers for each department and his own personal cell number.

Jack MacKenzie calls and we pick out a domain name. I understood that by having my own domain name, that a website store would be built around my domain name with the stores, health insurance, loans & mortgage which would have my own domain name as the url address. Nope. They just redirected it to the generic TIO site with the 4-digit number in front of it. TIO is a product of National Opportunities,LLC

You now have dozens of sites that look just like yours, trying to compete with each other. You then find out that you did not get to join those affiliate stores yourself. They joined them for you. Therefore all commissions go to them and they distribute them to you.  You do not have any control over the website to change anything.

I know it takes time to start making money, but I after 3 months I phoned and asked how the advertising was going  and if something should be changed. Was told no and that I was getting traffic to my site.

After another 3 months, I start wondering about the IP addresses that are appearing as hits. I finally decided to run them through an IP lookup database. I noticed I was getting hits from all over the world. Countries like Benin, Iran, Spain, Thailand, Argentina, Vietnam, etc. Very few hits from the USA which my site should be advertised in.

I phone WWM and talk to Chris Stevens about my marketing campaign. I ask him why I am getting hits from all over the world. He states that he cannot control who looks at my site. I tell that this way of advertising is not working as I am receiving no commissions. He states that he finds that hard to believe. I tell that I checked with National Opportunities and no commissions were on my account.

Again he stated that he found that hard to believe. He also stated that if 10% of people that looked at my site purchased something that  would be bad, but that 0% is worse than bad.( What?? Let me get this straight.  0% is worse than 10%. Oh Joy, just what I needed; a lesson in grade 6 math.)

He said he could block some of those countries, but then he wouldn't be marketing world wide.  He also said that it was a global market these days and that your never know where you will get sales from. He said that I was getting the required number of hits to my site. Also no TV commercial; that's extra.

No, I don't know how to advertise, but I do know that if something is not working, you change it. You don't do the same thing over & over again and expect a different result.

Then I phoned National Opportunities about my commissions. I told her to check if there was a mistake and maybe they were not posted. Her response was  "People have to buy something before you get commissions".  I then asked to speak with Mike Phillips. She never heard of him. The cell number he gave me is no longer working. Well, so much for customer service and them working with you throughout the year.

These sites were never designed to make you money. The only money made is by them when they sell the sites. A few members may make some money, but only the first couple that signed up. The sales people also make a percentage of the advertising they sell. After the sale is over and they have your money, you never hear from them again. After there are enough TIO sites out there, they then come up with another products to sell, and the cycle starts all over again. Lies, Empty Promises, No Customer Support.

They say that they only work 25 people per year. Now my question is; how many other sales people say this same thing? Who knows how many sites out there just like mine. And how many other products out there by the dozens? I did some number crunching and the $$$ THEY rake in is staggering.

I have a very good theory about the IP addresses that appear as hits to my site. I am still working on it, but am very closed to figuring it out. Very, Very Interesting.

Warning: If you are thinking of investing in some kind of internet business, then stay away from these people. Don't Walk, Just Run as fast as you can.

Design your own website from a website builder, buy a domain name and host it.  Select your own products, write your own unique content, use some free advertising. You will at least  control what your website looks like, and change it anytime you want.

Cost is about $100.00. Will you make any money? Who knows? Maybe you will make nothing. At the end of the year, you can decide whether to keep or dump it. If your content is interesting enough, you may get enough visitors and eventually make money. It's better than spending $7950.00 with National Opportunities & World Wide Marketing and make no money.

Is this report to get you to feel sorry for me?  NO  Just to warn you not to get taken in like I was. I never wanted to get rich quick. Just wanted to quit the overtime hours and make things a little easier for myself.

There are legit ways to make money on the internet, but just do your research first.
