Darryl Lawson is a cheat and liar, only aiming to gain your service, and then substantially inflates your balance due. They gave us a quote, and at delivery said we owed 50% more than initial quote. We added no additional items. Further, they did not provide weight tickets at point of pick-up, therefore have no basis for the "price-by-weight" charged at delivery. The also did not provide weight tickets at delivery. In fact, the driver said they had no paperwork at all. They would not give us our goods until we paid them, yet they could not provide any weight tickets or paperwork, therefore if we wanted our belongings we had no choice but to pay them. They quote low ONLY to gain your service. Also, it took 10 days to get our stuff to the end destination. They claimed it would take 3.

They picked everything up on February 28 in Washington DC, and said it would arrive in Pittsburgh on March 3. Then called on March 2 and they canceled delivery, and said they would be there on the 5th. Again, they called and said they would not be there until the 7th. When asked where my furniture was, they stated in a warehouse in New Jersey. They rescheduled it for Tuesday March 10, and called and claimed their truck broke down. They did not arrive until 7pm on March 10th. This service is a scam. Use a reputable firm. It is not worth the hassle and frustration we went through.
