World Winner does not pay winnings to people who play their games Internet

my family has been playing world winner games for months and is owed more than 3000 dollars total. they say fraud was commited because the same computer was use for all accounts which is a lie my son in law and daughter live in a different city their account is closed they can no longer play games and lost over 2000 dollars. they never once received their winnings and you are allowed two accounts per household. my husband and i each have accounts and are owed over 1000 dollars and they closed my account left my husbands open, my account is the one owed money my husband hasnt had time to play so hes not owed any. i always put money in my account played games and have never received one winning payment.
