WorldofWatches SWI Group Poor Quality Watches, Horrible Customer Service , Internet
Called to return for repairs, was told I needed to include a money order to pay for return postage!
They said they received it three weeks ago (UPS records show four weeks) and they cannot tell me anything about the watch other then they have it and it can be 8 weeks.
I was then told I will be contacted to provide how much it may cost to fix when it is under warranty.
I requested to speak with the service department. Not possible.
I would stay far away from this company. Caution they use numerous different web site names.
