WorldPay, World Pay WorldPay in Lubbock are deceitful and unethical!! Lubbock Texas

How does WorldPay get away with their actions!! This is the second time I have been duped by WorldPay. Once was in 2005 and now in 2013. A sly Lubbock salesman by the name of Richard Klop took advantage of me by guaranteeing me with the most sincere promises of savings and exceptional local support. Not only has my bill dramatically gone up but once I signed their contract, he quite answering his phone. The only source of information I have at this point is to call the corporate office, which during the sales pitch I was told I would have local support and was told all the lies in the world. Now I have a $500 cancellation fee and if I don't want to pay that I must pay a mountain of monthly fees that my sales rep, Richard, wrote into the contract. How do they get away with this!!! If you have WorldPay come into your business, learn the hard lesson from me and stay away. Save all the heartache and pain. They have no local office or any way to reach them. This has been a nightmare and I swear I will not fall for a slick salesperson from Worldpay again.
