I am not happy with WordWideRebates.com rebate service and experienced terribly.
Firstly, I checked my status with tracking number again with rebate process. It shows everything was missing and not eligible.
- Copy of Receipt/Invoice is missing
- No proof of purchase
- Barcode label is missing
-No proof of purchase date is documentation
-Reseller is not eligible for this offer.
I sent a solid copy of my missing document with all photo copy documents to them again last week, even I tried to Fax the documents to them again again due to the busy fax line. It really took me a lot time to fax and fax. Finally, I faxed successfully on last Friday. I saw above situation on Monday in this week. I attached the files again with email to them. I hate to fax and mail. I bought the item from CompUSA.com See the following websites are eligible reseller

Checked it, it shows on their website. I bought one item from CompUSA.com for sure, and answer from them was reseller not eligible. Also all documents can be found by the link " Click to View You Rebate Document" on their website, except the new updated Purchase of Proof which I mailed and faxed which was issued on 05/18/2010 and shipped on 05/19/2010.
They solved it after I email, couple times, faxed, physical mail to them.
It shows everything on their hand.
Today, they just gave me a news, " Your offer code has a limit of on per household( as stated on your rebate form). You were approved from this offer code on a claim with tracking number XXXXX Thank you."
I flied back to check the term on the website again again." It shows " Limit(1) rebate(s) per person, billing address, company, household and receipt/invoice/packing slip during eligibility period, except where prohibited by law. "
OK let's read again, it said, Limit 1 rebate per Person, billing address, company, household "AND" Receipt/Invoice/Packing slip during.......
I think there is something wrong with their policy logic, which is "AND", not "OR".
So, it means I just need to have one difference of them and it will match the requirement. I did got two Different Invoices from two websites.
This is my first case, I also bought different items from two the same websites I bought from. I just received one claim received now. I do not want to think they will play evil and through away my application, but I had experienced that I forgot to check one document on the application form, and then that document was missing.
I am worried about my upcoming application has not been received.
I will never believe rebate from WorldWideRbates.com offered on any website from now, I guess.
