I received a $1,000.00 certificate from an auto dealer back in May 2008 for a shopping spree on the internet with Worldwide Shopping Network.

On Nov. 27, 2008 I checked out by ordering 5 items and charging my Discover for $67.20. I received only I small item and have been desperately trying to communicate with them in regards to the 4 remaining items.

Now I read on RIP OFF REPORTS that they are just that; a rip off. I told them I am a 75 year old white male living on social security and a small pension, so either ship the 4 items or credit my Discover Card. They have done neither of these.

How can I get help to make them credit my Discover Card?
