MY SYMPATHIES TO THE P.I. IN THIS CASE.

I HAVE WORKED IN THE PRIVATE SECURITY SERVICES PROVIDER SECTOR AND I HAVE TEXAS PEACE OFFICER TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE TO GO WITH IT.

IT IS NOTHING AT ALL LIKE YOU SEE ON TV AND I CAN NOT IMAGINE WHY THIS CLIENT IS SHELLING OUT GOOD MONEY TO A PROFESSIONAL PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR AND NOT FOLLOW THROUGH.  I WOULD HAVE, ASSUMING IT WOULD HAVE BEEN WORTH MY WHILE TO DO SO. IT IS A LOT OF HASSLE TO GET THAT INFORMATION. I KNOW.

BUT, PLEASE DO ALL OF US A FAVOR...IN THE DAYS OF TELEVANGELISTS AND SEXUALLY ABUSING PRIESTS, WHENEVER I SEE OR HEAR THE WORD "CHRISTIAN" AS A QUALIFIER OF INTEGRITY AND STAND-UP WORTHINESS AND AS A GUARANTEE OF SOMEONE'S HONESTY, THE RED WARNING FLAGS GO UP FOR ME...NO THANKS.

THAT IS NOT TO SAY I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CHRISTIANS BECAUSE MANY OF THEM ARE FINE, OUTSTANDING PEOPLE BUT I PREFER TO DO BUSINESS WITH PERSONS WITH CREDENTIALS  AND ACTUAL EXPERIENCE TO RECOMMEND THEM AND NOT SOME RELIGIOUS LABEL.

IF I WERE THE JUDGE, I WOULD RULE IN FAVOR OF THE P.I. HERE.

A BUNCH OF ACCUSATION AND NAME CALLING AND APPARENT CONFUSION ABOUT WHAT IS INVOLVED IN LOCATING A BIRTH PARENT ==ESPECIALLY IN TEXAS -- DOES NOT MAKE A CASE OF FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION.

My, my, my. The main thing you have to know is that she did sign an agreement, actually 2. The most important one states that after 90 days, if we are unable to find the name, we will have to Petition the Court. We have been doing this successfully for over 15 years and we know that we will have a good chance of getting the file opened if our client will only follow through with what was disclosed to her in writing and SHE SIGNED THAT SHE AGREED TO IT. After 90 days, she was given an update, just as she was told. After 90 days, which is in the agreement she signed, we told her that we needed to Petition. Now she changed her mind and decided that, even though she signed that she, "read, understood and agreed" to petition if needed after 90 days if we were unable to get the name she just wasn't going to do it. What else could we tell her? She kept writing for updates and we kept telling her she needed to petition. Her emails got progressively mean and accusatory. But you know, her complaint and any other complaint does not overshadow the good we've been doing for 30 years. She states that she has cancer. I've had two surgeries for cancer and here is a cancer story that overshadows any complaint of anyone who refuses to abide by the contract they signed.

A Reunion That Could Save A Life

Bill has a very rare form of cancer. He had a bone marrow transplant about 1 year ago and he was declared "cancer free". Unforuntately, as cancer sometimes goes, it recently returned in full force.

At that time the doctors determined that Bill's only chance of living would be to have a Bone Marrow Transplant from a Blood Relative. The problem with that is that BILL IS ADOPTED.  

What's unusual about this is that we received a call from an agency the week before telling us that they needed us to locate the birthmother of a 23 year old young man who had develped a rare Liver Disease. The doctors insisted that the only chance this young man had was to locate his birthmother. We found her the same week we found Bill's siblings. We found her in 3 days.

Back to Bill. Bill's sister, Julie, called us to see if we could find Bill's siblings. Julie told us that she had exhausted every avenue without any progress. To be very frank, she was afraid that anyone on the internet would simply take her money and do nothing. After learning of our 30 years of service and over 19,000 cases, she chose us to help her.

IN 3 HOURS WE FOUND ONE OF BILL'S SIBLINGS, WHICH LED TO THE LOCATION OF ANOTHER SIBLING. 

How did we do it? Being a Private Investigator gives us access to the best information available. Our information sources cannot be found on the interent. Our information sources are only available to those that are Licensed Private Investigators or Law Enforcement.

However, it's not just a matter of running a search. After 30 years, we are very experienced in taking the information we are provided and investigating it until we are in touch with who we are looking for. It's not a matter of us just getting the information, it's a matter of knowing what to do with the information once we get it.

After an awesome reunion, it's now going to take some testing to see if Bill's FULL siblings are compatable and healthy.

It's not an easy thing to do to just meet a long lost brother and then go through a bone marrow transplant. That's shows the love and the bond that siblings almost always have for one another. But as Bill said, it doesn't matter if they do or don't provide their bone marrow, he's been wanting to find his siblings all of his life and that is enough for him.

Thank God for Julie, Bill's adoptive sister. Bill was not going to do any more searching. He tried before and it just didn't work out. But Julie was determined  to come through for Bill. Obviously, Bill and Julie are very  close. 

Bill's relieved wife wrote us the following email:

I am "Bill's"  wife Christine. We are still dumbstruck at the success you had in finding Bill's siblings. You are just amazing. Thank you so much! Thank God Bill persisted in getting the social workers notes 20 years ago. There was some valuable information that your expertise knew just what to do with. Julie has shared your notes with us. Bill is just speechless and very emotional at this opportunity of getting to know his family. My friend Mary and I were going to work on this over a year ago and then again most recently. I have cover copied her on this email. She would be very interested in contacting you. If you get an email from Mary....she got your contact information from me.
