Stay AWAY FROM THIS CAR DEALERSHIP! They are all nice as can be and polite with manners to your face but they're a bunch of scammers and do anything to get your money. We arranged to purchase a car and was talking to one of their sales people and the arrangement was for us to let them hold a check until we bring the money the next day so they know we are serious about the car and not to deposit the check so the next day the car didnt sound as good as it should have sutter basked away from the deal and asked for the check back and comes to find out the check wasn't even in the office but the sales person names Malina that we were talking to had the check and see went back for it the next day and they kept giving us the run around and comes to find out she deposited the check hoping to get our money from it but we already took money out of that account and the check bounced so now we are going to have to get them to pay the $35 fee because they are so money hungry they would go at great limits to scam people and rob them for what they have. And remember supposedly THEY DON'T TAKE CHECKS ONLY CASH AND SUPPOSEDLY HAVE WARRANTY ON THEIR CARS ONE DAY THEN THE NEXT DAY THEY DONT

Perhaps you can provide a third version of what occurred?

You are a person of questionable integrity. You went from, "we are serious about the car" to "the next day the car didnt sound as good"

You also passed a bad check.

You changed your story from, "asked for the check back and comes to find out the check wasn't even in the office but the sales person names Malina that we were talking to had the check and see went back for it the next day and they kept giving us the run around" to "when we went back to get the check which in fact had the $1000 on it they gave it back and apologised"

We are the scammer yet when we went back to get the check which in fact had the $1000 on it they gave it back and apologised bevaude we threatened to have the local news buisness to report our situation with them and they were quick to tell us that we did not have to do that, you should go buy a car from them. They have the right prices so knock yourself out and when you get in a bad deal with them don't complain :)

You backed out of the deal so they exercised their right to process your deposit. YOU scammed the dealer and passed a bad check.
