wowclickcash.com they scammed me for $129.95 twice and never refunded me, Internet

There was an article on CNN's home page about a company that was hiring workers to work at home. I can't remember exactly what it said, but it mentioned Google Ad-Wrods and I clicked the link on the article. I read the article and it talked about the company and referred to Google and the start up rate ($1.95) I clicked the link to go to the website, and it said the cost and what you are expected to get for $1.95. It doesn't say anything about any other costs at all. The next day my account was debited the $1.95, but days later I was billed $129.95. I also joined for the advanced Google Ad-words package for $1.00 and was charged another $129.95. I called to complain that these fees were hidden and I was told I would be credited back the money. That was in December 2009 and now it is Feb. 2010 and I have not seen any refund. These costs were truly hidden and their customer care was arrogant and not helpful at all. This is a scam and it is not right to rip people off like this...I would like my money refunded.
