On July 30th I ordered an Ellys professional steam flat iron. I have tried to contact this company to get an update on my order. It no longer exists. Needless to say it has be deducted from my account. I'm fooling to file a report at my bank and hopefully get the money back. Do not order from this company also known as so we fashion!! It is a ripoff! I truly hope all that have used them can get some satisfaction.
