I want to report wozo.com for scamming me $30 dollars. I signed up for a 5-day trial on the website to get a .99cent poster. Terms and conditions says you can cancel anytime before 5days. So i called to cancel the next day. Then the next day again. I called to confirm my cancellation. The customer service said i will recieve an email confirmation. I told him the website never asked for my email during the order. He said not to worry about it and i did not need to confirm because they will cancel before and i will not be charge after 5days. Then a few days later i was charge $30 on my creditcard from the company website.

I joined Wozo, like others, due to the inticing offer of free and low priced posters. As an educator and reading teacher, I have a great deal of use for motivational and fine art posters and a low budget. When I joined, I read the agreement and the one I read stated that I would be entered into a poster club, 3 posters a month for $29.99. All of my shipments and orders were correct. I found them courteous and easy to work with. Some things take longer than I would like, but the outcomes are always in my favor.  This really is a good deal, but you have to understand the commitment you are making when you join and respond to the monthy selections. It is very easy to respond to 3 at a time on their website. Their phone number is easy to find, and it is toll free and 24-7, and they always answer. If you need to contact them by phone, I use this number  1-800-471-9464. It is a bummer that some had such a bad experience, sorry to hear that, I just wanted to share my experience. I reccomend this poster club to my friends, family and fellow teachers.
