IFRIENDS.COM allowed members to jump into private shows when a member took a chathost private and was paying by the minute for it. Members would be able to see video for free riding another members credit card. When I confronted the site on it vch help ifriends chat host support they said they were awear of the problem,and are working on it. I have been asking them for months when are they going to fix the problem and all I get it is the same old saying were working on it, and I have a screen shots of this to prove there words of action.

They have aloud members to do this since Dec.2006 is when I was awear of the problem and the site wasnt I think they were because I have also screen shots of hosts from there site saying they have know of this for months on end. That they have reported to the site that it is happening. Till this day there are still hosts saying this is happening. That the problem isnt fixed.

My complaint is that the site IFRIENDS.COM has allowed members to take advantage of there hosts and members innocent people. In a sexual manner that violates the hosts rights,also not to mention the members rights not to be riped off like that when stated cleary that no one is allow entry during that session.

IFRIENDS has failed for its part to remove the easy cam software till the problem is fixed knowing that people are ripping off members,hosts,and the site. This is consider fraud. Ifriends you have made so many violations to your chathosts when performering under nudity for a paying member which doesnt know he is being takin avantage of. When you know of the problem and consistently allowed it to happen on site.

We wish to clarify several points regarding the above RipOffReport. As John stated above, we have been in contact with him and the situation has been resolved to his satisfaction.

John is not a consumer who purchased or used any products or services from our company. Rather, he independently hosted pay chat rooms on one of our services, iFriends. His hosting account was closed, however, because he engaged in a pattern of harassment and verbal abuse of other chat room hosts, and paying viewers on iFriends as well, in violation of the service's terms of service.

The technical issue that John discusses above is being addressed by our developers, and its consequences have been dramatically overstated by John. The true consequence of this minor glitch -- the provision of free chat time for viewers -- is something that actually benefits consumers.

I have been contacted by the company (WPI IFRIENDS.COM)
They have told me that they are sorry for the inconvience that they are aware of the problem and that they are working as fast as they can on it to resolve issue. That the problem will be resolved right away.
