wristbands.com HORRIBLE customer service on damaged merchandise Houston, Texas
*Author of original report: Still no response
I ordered 200 wristbands for a cancer fundraiser. (Buy 100 get 100 free). They arrived in reasonable time (from China, not the U.S.). The bracelets were accurated, however, nearly 25% of the wristbands were covered with spots of what seemed to be permanent black ink. We are unable to sell them.
I contacted the company immediately and nearly two weeks later, cannot get an answer from anyone at that company. They asked for pictures, my order number, etc. but will not apologize, give me any kind of recourse on how to refund or replace them, etc.
This is an incredibly poorly run company with no customer service whatsoever.

It has now been over a month of trying to rectify the situation with the damaged wrist-bands. I called and was told by someone in China that they would send me new ones. She didn't even ask for my order number, name or anything until I said, "don't you need some information about my order?" I will be contacting the BBB and Texas Attorney General tomorrow.
