Bought a house from this one man construction company and the owner William Smith promised lot of things and even gave it in writing with the full knowledge that he will not honor half of it.

The driveway built by the company is unusable because driving thru it scrapes the bottom of the car. Does not honor the warranty and did not fix it. Asking money for everything.

The house has 15 steps coming to the walkway and the landing of the steps is 6 ft above the ground level. The builder did not provide handrails for this landing. He described that according to the city code there has to be a hand railing in the middle of the steps, as the steps are wide, in addition to the railing on the landing. He took a waiver from me to be exempted from fixing the railings through the middle of the steps, while agreeing to provide the hand railing at the landing. Now it looks like he used that waiver to get out of the inspection and is not providing the exterior railings. Apparently he tricked us by describing the code to us, wrongly.

He did not provide a shower door or landscapes. Also the water problems are pointed out and he says he does not know what to do. Basically this company is totally unreliable and I lost all faith in this company. Hope other customers will not become victim of this company.
