WSJM Partners Rental home agreement that was breached Palm Springs California

David Weisman of WSJM Partners has refused to return our security deposit of $500.00 despite his promises to do so on several occasions. We have documentary emails to prove his misconduct. I believe Mr. Weisman has done this deliberately and fraudulantly. I also believe he has done this to others in the past. Mr. Weisman also mispresented the condition of his rental property on the internet. It was unclean, lacked adequate lighting, and had unsafe conditions. We intend to file a legal action if necessary in the near future. I have already wasted several hours over several months of my time in an attempt to have our security deposit returned.
