I have been billed several times by this company. For some reason they eve deposit money back (only .21 and .03 cents though). Luckily I caught it before it got too out of hand. I called the number and it directed me to their website. I filled out the form to cancel (which by the way, was hard to find) and it came up with an account name and said it was canceled 2 weeks ago. Then why was I billed this week? So I called the number that came up on my billing statement and after giving as much information as I could, the lady said it was cancled. I still do not know why I was billed and the lady on the phone just said that they take care of billing for other companies. What is up with this company? I have seen many complaints about unauthorized billing! It seems they just don't care and have a lack of security except they make it super hard to cancel!
