I had looked this site to inquire about the product. Ordered the product on 6-22-07- immediatly cancelled through and online customer service tech, emailed several times to cancel to 2 different email addresses, and no response. $80 was billed to my account and no product or response. No tracking number, no email back, and the online chat is not up and running!

I am demanding a refund for poor service and horrible customer service. I have not even gotten a product and I am 100% completely UNsatisfied!
