I ordered some weight loss tea from Wu-Yi in February 2008. A subscription to Living Lean was automatically added to the order. I used the product and was not satisfied so I cancelled any future orders on March 25, 2008. I stated that I would also like to have the Living Lean subscription cancelled. I received an email confirmation that my Wu-Yi subscription was cancelled and the email also stated "LivingLean is a seperate company, so I will go ahead and have them cancel your subscription with them as well." I thought that was the end of it. However, I continued to be charged $19.95 on my credit card in April and May. When I called to try to re-cancel, I was told by Wu-Yi that I would have to contact the other company and the Living Lean company told me that they would cancel the subscription but would not reimburse me for the two months that I was charged. I explained that I had an email confirming that both were being cancelled in March but they told me that there was nothing they would do.
