Wu Yi Tea advertises a 60 day return policy ,but refuses to give the consumer a return authorization number to send this WU-YI weight loss tea back and get a refund on your credit card.

You call the customer service number and it directs you to send an email to "service@wutisource.com",
which I did asking for a return authorization number and I explained the tea was un opened and still in the original sealed box.

Now, I get emails back from their e-commerce vendor:
" SALES@EDIRECTSOFTWARE,COM"
Stating
" Please explain your issue you are currently experiencing with our tea.

If you have any further questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me.

Thank you

Tyler

Wu-Yi Source"

They keep sending me emails trying to get me to keep the tea. It is very frustrating, but I'm patient and have enough gumption to see this through, My fear is many consumers who are unable or unwilling to pursue this and are being taken advantage of.

I'm going to escalate my complaint to the Nevada Attorney General, because that is where my return address labels is from. If anyone elese was shipped this product from Nevada, you may file a complaint here:
http://ag.state.nv.us/org/bcp/complaint.htm and just follow the instructions.

I was luck that Chase Credit card services will issue me a refund, they stated another holding company billed me from the country of Ceylon...so that is where my money went.

I'm still going to return this tea somehow.
I have also countacted Nevada Newspapers and televison stations to see if they have any consumer affairs reporters who would like to hear my story, and I'm awaiting a response.

Hello " My NAme",

My name is Susan and I am with customer support at WuYiSource. We are an online company that sells WuYi Chinese tea. One of my responsibilities is to investigate charge card disputes. I feel that for a customer to initiate a dispute, we have lapsed in our obligation to our customer.

I hope that you do not take offense to me asking you a few questions about the credit owed to you but not issued.

Did you attempt to contact the company by email? If so, were you responded to in an appropriate and timely manner? If so, do you have a record of the emails (ie: the address you used, persons name, etc) that you could forward to me for further investigation.

If you telephoned, did you get through to a live representative? If so, were they helpful?

" My NAme", I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience but hope to hear from you soon.

Thank you,
Susan
