WuLong Source fraudulently sold tea to me online. When I wanted to return the tea for a refund, their site disappeared, the new name that showed up on the shipped box (of a different tea) said EDIRECTSOFTWARE. Whose site is automated without the ability to leave messages. I called the number on the shipping box shipped from NV--area code 702, this #780 is a personal residence, no reply. I have tried to no avail to locate WuLongSource.com and no site comes up. These people are a fraud and need to be caught.

I see another satisfied customer of yours..... Hmmmm, no refund either what a shame, seems to be happening over and over again! Are all these people lying Mark? Or are you the FRAUD?? Where's the refund Mark I told you I'm not backing down! I'm going to find you and make sure you are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law!

Hello,

We have no gone anywhere, we changed our name to Wu-Yi Source. We still sell the same product and have the same site, the only thing that was changed was the web address. We have been here the whole time and have been very easy to get ahold of.
