Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I sent for this WuYi Tea in December. Immediately $6.95 was taken out of my account. After 2 weeks and receiving no tea, I email and called. Since then I have called twice, each time someone assuring me it was on it's way. To top it off they took $37.00 out of my account after I told them I had not received the tea and had my trial period left. Twice they acted like they couldn't understand me.
Something should be don'e to these rip off, scammers who take money out of your account and never send the product. Even if it doesn't work at least you got something. I'm not through with them yet. If someone starts a class action suit, I'm in.

The email address you gave me teahelp@usa.com cannot be reached and there is not another phone number to reach you at to get my refund. Please send me valid and legitmate information or just send me my money back and stop playing games. You have my information or you wouldn't have taken the money out of my account. I had to close that account. Please send it to me by mail. You have my address.

If you have not received your tea simply call us or speak with an agent on live chat and you money would be refuned instantly. Please provide us with you info and we will search out chat transcripts and look up our phone calls and see exactly what was said. Most important thing is you should have been refunded so please email us at teahelp@usa.com and you will be responded to within 48 hours.
