Signed up for a 14 day free sample. Got a 60 day supply instead. Called the company and told them that I have sugar diabetes and could not use the tea because it raised my sugar too much. My doctor told me not to take any more of this product. They cncelled my monthly supply,but they said I would have to pay the $59.95 and I did,thinking I would be done with them. On Oct 16,2008 they billed my credit card $4.95 for Web Access and $14.90 for a Membership Fee for something that I can not use because of medical reasons. I have been trying for two days to talk to a life person,all I get is a stupid recording.

There is also a link at the bottom of the home page that opens up the terms and conditions in a separate window. Of course, mistakes can be made; and if you were not aware of our terms and conditions in our site. You can talk to customer support seven days a week.
