 This works if you paid via PayPal.  Contact PayPal.  Let them know that blackoutbrass advertised and posted that there will be a delay in the fulfillment of the sale. Their words are: "All new orders are looking at a 6-8 week lead time. This wait time should be much shorter, but how much so we cannot say for certain at this point." - from their website.  This phrase allows PayPal to extend the time limitation which prevened them from returning the money to their customers.  Since there are litterally hundreds of cases file with this company, they are aware of the SCAM.  By blackoutbrass posting the delay, customers wait passed the time limitation for the customers to file a complaint and get their money back.  But NOW - since PayPal is aware of the SCAM - all people who have been ripped off can call them.  Tell them you were told there was an expected delay (print out their website - in case they decide to remove the line from their site).  Tell PayPal you tried to contact them, but no response or run around given.  Insist that because the expected delay was posted, that you did not file within the limited time PayPal normally gives.  If you have email from blackoutbrass saying to wait longer, then have those ready too.  Once blackout brass tells you to wait longer - THAT reestablishes the agreement and the case can then be repopened.  PayPal will then give you back your money in 10 days.

For any new buyers - file a case with PayPal and/or your credit card company - WITHIN 6 weeks of your initial order.  This will automatically open a case that will stay open until the issue is resolved either by you getting your brass - or PayPal getting your money back. This route prevents you from having to explain how they kept telling you to wait longer and how that give PayPal the authorization to open a case and get your money back.

Since this goes over state lines, a Federal Criminal Case is being worked on.  In the meantime, just tell as many people via social netowrking - chat rooms - forums - etc - NOT to buy from blackoutbrass.
