I singed up with CentralDispatch on November 23rd 2008, They charge a monthly fee of $49.00 if you pay on a monthly basis, but if you decide to pay them quarterly you will save big bucks, so you will end up paying $39 per month, but here is a CATCH you will have to pay for three (3) in advance so therefore then you can save the crappy $10 per month.

So never the less I signed up with them for the second time, after using CentralDispatch for about 4 days I canceled my account with them and decided that I wont need there service because they allow Non Licensed Auto Transport Brokers, Auto Transport Carriers, the worst thing about CentralDispatch they also allow companies that don't pay Auto Transport Carriers.

CentralDispatch has a RATING SYSTEM where each and every company can give each other rating based on there experience etc.

I have also noticed that CentralDispatch also removes Negative Ratings from companies they have close relationship with so even if you Rate a Company Negative based on your experience they will remove that Rating from that company......I had 100% Rating and they had problems with my company because I spoke up about there Corrupt System.

Here are some companies that has Horrible Ratings and centraldispatch stills allows them.

If you pay close attention to this company you will see that they got 267 Complaints from Auto Transport Carriers, what that means is that these companies don't pay the Auto Transport Carriers for the service they provide for these Scam Companies.

Well the companies with Low Ratings are still using CentralDispatch, and Most of these companies are without Proper Brokers Bond, Authority etc. I made couple of complaints to them and they end up canceling my account before I decided that I wanted to cancel my account, so I ask them if you are going to cancel my account then I want my full Refund of $117 which I was charged a rate of $39 per month X three months. = $117.00

Well I only got $78.00 Back from CentralDispatch and they end up charging me the $39.00 for no reason and I was told by Company Employee that she will refund my entire Amount, but I only saw $78.00.

www.CentralDispatch.com CentralDispatch is Fraud, Ripoff, Scam, charging customers Credit Cards without my permission and I was told that I will get my refund back but they end up charging me.

I just want others to post similar Scam against this Scam and there operation, because they will charge your Credit Card without your Authorization and that's a Fraud charging a Credit Card Without Customers ( Signature and Permission)

------------------------------------------

In the end I want CentralDispatch to refund my full amount and I will file a Fraud Alert with My Credit Card Company and I will post more negatives Ripoff Report against this CentralDispatch, and there Scam.

There are new Auto Load Board like example new http://www.autoloadhub.com that offer the same service for allot less and I will Highly recommend good companies.

#2 Consumer Suggestion

industry killers

AUTHOR: Zeenman1 - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, March 27, 2009

I have never had problems with central dispatch as far as service payments. However when you cancel any subscription there is a good chance you will be on the losing side. My biggest complaint with Central Dispatch is the way they have supported the low pay in the industry. I stopped operating a big rig car hauler in 2004 when fuel was 2.00 a gallon. It went to as high as $4.00 in 2007 and the rates where all the same. The site really supports low paying loads in my opinion. The worse thing that happened is Central Dispatch allowing actual auto dealers to post loads. Auto dealers are the cheapest bastards on earth. They want maximum profit with lowest cost. Anyways they post up crack head rates and trucks actually pick up there vehicles. What this does is send the rate under the ground. I would take a vehicle from Miami to LA for $1000 in 2004. Now in 2009 it can be done for $800 or less. That is the biggest problem next to the greedy brokers. The best thing that could happen for the industry is for Central Dispatch to disappear off the web for a good year or more. "The people who do the most work and take all the risk should get paid the most, not the other way around."

Response to Central Dispatch complaint

AUTHOR: Mike P - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, January 17, 2009

I have used Central Dispatch since June of 2008 for picking up loads. I also paid for a 3 month at a time subscription and have not had any problems with Central Dispatch in that regard.

In order for me to sign up for Central Dispatch I had to prove to them that I had all my Federal paperwork in order (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Association) with my MC and DOT numbers. In addition, I had to prove I had the required insurance.

I suppose a company could get signed up and let all of their paperwork and insurance lapse and still use Central Dispatch. Perhaps Central could require yeraly proof of insurance and paperwork, that should keep "illegal" truckers off the road. Whenever you have a system that is used you will have someone trying to get around the system or cheat it altogether.

To the trucker that didn't get his refund, you should report this to your credit card company and see what they could do for you.
