I recently made a purchase online for shoes from www.fallinbrand.com Upon receiving the shoes I notice that they were not what was advertise and also the product was damaged. The shoes were coming apart on sole and around outer shoe. This company is based in China. I communicated a great deal through via email before placing the order. The Representative Ken ensured me that his company provided quality products.I sent funds through Western Union to First Name: LIN Family Name:LIN Address: Guangzhou, Guangdong, P.R.China After receiving the delivery I was extremely disappointed. I email Ken at www.fallinbrand.com immediately and expressed my concerns I also sent pictures of damage product. He then apologized and blamed everything on the shipping company. I replied by saying the shipping company had nothing to do with the shoe being defected,that was a manufacture issue that needed to be resolved. I then said that I'll ship the shoes back in return to a refund, he then told me after reviewing the pictures that I can glue them back which by the way was a insult because I didn't pay full price to receive half of a product. I ask for a refund and he told me to make a purchase of 10 products or more and they will give me something free, which again was an insult. I have sent several emails asking for a refund. He is no longer responding to my emails as he had before receiving funds. I am truly disgusted by this my main concern is that this does not happen to someone else. I just would like to know what else could be done.
