    United States of America stealing accounts without payment, and no response in email Internet

*UPDATE Employee: Employee Update: Not A Real Customer Of Ours, Possibly Competition Slandering Us

submitted 3 accounts to them for everquest 2. they never sent payment for them but months after accessed the accounts and changed the account information. the accounts are now listed on their website for sale (janken lvl 80 dirge, chuckin lvl 90 sk, raltan lvl 90 warden.) contacted accounts department via email and am not receiving any response from them. have tried contacting them multiple times to no avail. went through soe and got the lvl 90 warden back but they were unable to give me back the other 2 accounts. (and the raltan account was stripped naked) DO NOT do business with gamepal they are a ripoff. (in my emails i told them i was willing to work with them, all i wanted was either A.) to be paid for the accounts, B.) to be givin a credit worth the same amount or C.) to be given the accounts back.

This message is for Bradley:

1). You provided no order information in order for us to assist you.
2). The name Brad or Bradley doesn't come up as someone who submitted these type of accounts.
3). You stated that you submitted 3 accounts to us, and then later you claim we listed all 3 for sale and haven't paid you yet you later claim that you took one of the accounts back. How could we have listed them for sale if you took them back?
4). You provided character names in this complaint. When we search Janken in the EQ2Players Profile Site, it appears the only Janken is on Everfrost which isn't a Dirge.

Right now, it appears everything you have provided is false information and we aren't even sure if you are a real customer of ours (competition). However, if by chance you feel that your complaint is valid, please provide us either your order numbers or e-mail address associated with these transactions. If you wish to keep this information confidential, you may instead e-mail with this information.

If we don't hear back from you, we will assume that this report is nothing more than a false claim against our company like the others.
