Starting about 2 weeks ago, my website started to experience, very slow loading, worse than dial up days and most of the time came up with an internal server error.

Each time I called godaddy I was assured that I was a priority and the problem would be fixed. I did everything they asked me to do on my end and I was assured that, the problem was their fault, they were on it I could rest assured it would be corrected.

The problem did not get better but worse. The icing on the cake was when i spoke to a supervisor today who told me that part of it was my fault because we had to much information on my site. I told them it is the same as it was two weeks ago and it worked just fine. I was advised that they just figured that part out today.

Here is a company that knows they have a problem with their equipment, they know people are loosing business and are not getting the service they pay for.

However instead of fixing the problem they just tell people to lie to their customers and tell them they are a priority and are fixing the problem and instead of fixing it, it gets worse and then to beat everything they blame the customer and try to get them to believe it is their fault.

So much for their bull crap advertising about the service they deliver. If any other business did what they do they would not be in business very long. But since you prepay they have your money, and do not need to do a thing to fix the problem. The big joke is they keep sending you emails telling you to send them more money for more service and people can not even get on your site, they are not providing the service they promised.
