www.needmytranscript.com Company did not provide service described and would not refund my money Internet

I requested my HS transcript be sent to a community college for admission.  This is a pretty easy task for them to complete. I pay my fee, submit my request with accurate, up to date information and one month later the college contacts me that they still have not received my transcript.  I contact this company to inquire and they notify me that they submitted the request over a month ago, but that the high school could not locate my record.  Ok...that's nice.  No one could call me and tell me that?  I had to call the school system myself to get my transcript sent.  I requested a refund because this company did not actually provide any service at all.  All they did was request a transcript (which is free from my school).  They did not follow up or do anything else.  In my mind, if they were not able to provide me with a transcript then they do not deserve any money.  I contacted them informing them that I was not satisifed with their customer service and they sent me back their policy saying that they are only responsible for REQUESTING the transcript.  They are not responsible for actually ensuring a transcript is sent.  What the heck is that????  What kind of service is this???  It's a total rip off is what it is!  

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
