i had sent 8 phones which were not working properly .
i received an email that they have got it & they will be sending my check in a week or so. when i didn't get the check even after a month, i contacted them. they assured me the delivery of the check in within 3 days and they fulfilled their assurance.
i received a check of $30 from there side.

Yes they do give something for old , non working cellphones as i received a satisfactory amount for my cellphones.
