My stories about pccare247 are same as the others.  They are all about deceptions and scams.  In fact, if you google "pccare 247 scam", you will find lots and lots of scam reports about this mob.

On the 16 August 2011, I googled for technical supports for a problem with Dell printer.  Somehow I ended up with this pccare247 mob - which I was mistaken as a part of Dell because of their  deceptive presentation on the web site.  The technician asked me to grant remote access, which I allowed because I thought he was part of Dell. Immediately he told me that I couldn't install the Dell printer because my PC had some special virus (I found out later that this is all a lie!).  He then scared me that my PC would die in few days, and this particular virus couldn't be removed by any anti-virus software, and I had to pay $120 for a "Windows specialist" (as he called it) to remove the virus manually.  After the payment was made by credit card, he handed over to the so called specialist.  Well all he did was installing 2 free software downloaded from internet to scan my PC for spywares!  In summary, pccare247 effectively "stole" $120 from me by deception.  This service
was never required or warranted.

Then on the next day 17 August 2011, I googled "Lenovo support" for an issue with McAfee software on my new Lenovo PC under warranty.  Somehow I ended up with this pccare247 mob again!  It appears that this mob goes through all the efforts to mislead people that they are associated with all the popular hardware and software names - so that they can get remote access to your PC. Once they are in, they will go through your PC and try to scare you that your PC has serious problems, so that they can rip you off.  Same tricks again: This guy told me my PC had
virus and security problems.  I didn't tell him that I already paid his company $120 the day before to fix this problem - just to see what he was going to come up with.  He went and on about all the  problems with my PC, and tried to sell me some security package - apparently with many features
which software like Norton and McAfee couldn't provide (??).  When I told him that I'm not interested in any security solution pffered by his company, and only needed resolve the PC problem which I wanted to do in the first place, he got rather upset, and gave me another number to ring to get that service!

Customer Satisfaction

AUTHOR: PCCare247 - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, August 26, 2011

Customer trust and satisfaction is what PCCare247 thrives on. Throughout
our history of operations, we have been completely transparent in our
business, as thousands of our customers would testify. The complaint we
have found here is the first one in our notice and that is why this
letter is especially being written by the CEO of PCCare247.

We understand that your association with us was not quite
memorable. I have checked our database and set up a team to review the
case. We, however, have not quite been able to pinpoint any such case.
Let me bring to your attention that we have an independent team of
quality analysts who report directly to me in case any of our employees
deviates from the following parameters:

1. Call Branding The agent must let the customer know firsthand that we are not HP, Dell or
canon support. We are PCCare247, one of the leading online technical support providers.

2. Addressing the Correct Problem Our agents are continuously monitored so that they do not misinform the customers about the problems they are facing.

3. Financial Information through Online Transaction/ Supervisor The customers financial
information is processed through Online Transaction and can never be handled by the
agent. In case payment through Online Transaction is not possible, the supervisor
takes over the call.

4. Refunding in Case of Unsolved Problem The entire amount is refunded in the rare case of us being unable to correct the trouble the customer is facing. You can help us fast forward
your cause by contacting me directly at this number - +1-646-452-9482. I
look eagerly towards helping you out and clearing any misunderstanding
with us.
