Www.pharmacycards.com ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing, forged check information British Columbia Canada

i received a notice from my bank that an account which was getting ready to be closed, was charged $139.00,fortunately the transaction did not go thru, as there was minimal money there, but i was charged an nsf fee, when i called the company, the bank told me that it was www.pharmacycards.com, and billed thru Interbill ltd. when trying to reach them, the web address does not let one file a complaint, and the customer service at interbill, said, that i had sent an electronic check and was billed automaticall to my account because i did not send back a refusal statement to refuse the card, i have NEVER ordered anything thru the internet, ever, they told they got my info thru a companion company, and they said it was ordered thru my home address, which was incorrect, as i had not lived there in two years, customer service told me tthat ther was nothing they could do, but, i am going to press forgery and fraud charges against this company, DO NOT let this happen to you, report this immediately, call your band and block the interbill ltd. co. from doing this to your account, i do not know how they got my routing numbers or account numbers, as the name on the checking and apt.# was incorrect, i WILL do everything in my power to bring this company down, and you should too.thank you
