I ordered 100 pieces of packaging for a show at the beginning of the month. They rang 2 days before the date it should have been delivered to say that it was going to be late. They stuck plastic into the windows of the packaging even thought this was not specificed. A long heated debate followed saying that I should have specified no window plastic this was their standard...this is not specified on the website! We agreed that the packaging would have to be shipped out I was out of time and they would refund 25% of the money. The packaging that turned up and was COMPLETELY UNUSABLE, the quality was shocking and the cutter lines all off!! I am still waiting for my refund and am in the process of taking them to court for a full refund.
