    United States of America (snacktools) premium membership scam Internet

Snacktools offers some web applications for free, such as web hosting, photo hosting, webpods, and a few more, all to get the user to buy their premium membership. When I purchased the VIP membership for almost $200, none of their premium features worked. I was still getting only what was allowed under the free membership. The website has a live chat feature but the representatives were of no help as none of the premium features still worked. They told me to contact the business through their main email address which I did to seek a refund. But depsite the fact that nothing was working as advertised, the only response I kept getting from them was that they have a policy of no refund. The $200 was stolen from me. Snacktool is a perfect example of taking advantage of the internet to rip people off.

We don't really understand how this situation could've happened. SnackTools is a respectable company that doesn't trick people into buying their services. We strive to deliver great services and we care about what the customers think about our products.

When somebody pays for a VIP membership, it gets activated instantly. If it doesn't work, it can be because the user isn't using the same account.

We do have a no refund policy, due to the nature of our services - our products can't be shipped back, because they are digital goods. Still, in spite of this policy, SnackTools always offers refunds, when  the complaints are justified. It's not just something we say, it's something we practice. 

We'd like to invite the person who wrote this report to please contact us, so we can investigate the situation and try to help him.
