www.thekitchencab.net terry le@live.com, bought items on paypal, purchase items with stolen credit cards and deliver them to you Internet

I purchased a vacummn and trash can from the website www.thekitchencab.net, used paypal and it was cheduled to deliver yesterday. My wife saw the shipment, grabbed the bill of lading off of it, and left it downstairs for me to bring up when i got home. when I got home there was nothing there.  I reviewed the bill of lading from MACYS, it showed that a william mayer and his address and credit card number were charged for the items i bought. i paid 200 for the vacumn, his CC got charged $400. on the trash can it showed my name and a different address and state got billed. I googled this william mayer and his credit card was stolen and did not approve transaction or know anything about it.

So this (out of the country) person claiming to be kitchen cab website, purchase items we order from their website, purchase the items from macys and have it sent to my address and take the items before we get home and know anything about it. great scam, because no one is accountable, the police would have been knocking on my door if I didnt find out about this first.

I disputed the paypal transaction, they will let me know in 10 days if the company contacts them back, if they dont i get my money, if they do and dispute my clam on the basis that they have a tracking number that proves it was delivered, then I have to dispute with my bank.

I contact macys and also googled mr. mayer got his number and he hasnt called me back as of last night but hope to catch him in time before they use his card again.
