I had ordered a Delipro knife as seen on TV through this online company. They had quoted a price far below the other online merchants who were selling this same product. They did not mention their shipping and handling charges anywhere. Then after I gave my credit card number, they added the shipping and handling charges to it thus bringing the price much higher than other merchants. I did not object to this however.
Finally the product arrived at my address after almost a month in very bad shape. I opened the mangled carton to find the accessories that the manufacturer provides with this product have been taken out of the package and only half of the promised product package was delivered. On trying to contact them, only an automated message saying their systems are down comes on.
