My name is Angela and i live in London.About 2 weeks ago i ordered a pair of ugg boots on line from this web called www.ugg-outlet1.com and they told me that i ll get my order within 1 week.Meanwhile i ve done sme researches on line and emailed to Deckers and they told me that these people don t have a licence and they sell ugg boots.

Plus i read on google what other people said about their experiences with this company so straight away i went online the next day to try to get a cancellation or a refund.Their policy is if you want a refund they keep 15% of the amount you paid because they pa for the shipping which is fair enough.

They also had to sent me the next 2 days an email with my tracking number so i can follow my order but nothing...after 3 weeks they sent me an email telling me 'to take it easy' and that they haven t got my size in the stockand to be patient.

Than i replied saying that i already asked for a refund i do not want the boots anymore and that is very unprofessional the way they treat their customers not even informing them what s going on.

So i confirmed my refund with them they asked me if i still want a cancellation and i said that i do.But 2 days ago i received a pair of fake boots against my will and it s really frustrating ...I also want to tell you that this people haven t got an address or a contact number either.

I will try to send them back cause i don t need such a pair of boots but it s a bit difficult the address on the parcel is in chinese , i asked at the post office and they will help me to send it copy the address exactly how it is and hope for the best.

I still don t know if i will send them will i get my refund at least after all the truoble these unprofessional people caused me but i would like to hope so.
