We saw other complains at ripoffreport.com/reports/0/299/RipOff0299807.htm and we do not want to let these guys to continue to rip off others. We all work to hard to get this money.

We received a fax telling us about this great cancun vacation. We called the phone number and asked if there were any catches any added charges other than the tips and gratuities that they told us about. They said no. They gave us this website www.yourcancunvacation.com to look at the options of places to stay. We looked and chose several properties that we would be interested in. We called back and asked about these properties and were told they were fine to stay at the price we were going to pay plus additional charge of 300$ for the holiday time for three of us for five days of vacations, we planed to go at Christmas time. We paid a non refundable amount.

We then received in the mail booking papers that we had to mail in with a $99 gratitude fee per each adult and we had two adults and one child. When they contacted us to complete the reservations they asked where we want to stay and after we named a several properties they told us that we had three places to choose from and offer low budget hotels, and we were told that the others are already booked for the Christmas time. After a week of Conversations back and forth they were agree to book Omni Cancun Hotel & Villas and we were trying to make reservation almost three month in advance. We wonted to stay additional two nights in this hotel. They said it is not a problem and asked for the fair value, at Christmas time - 480$ for the two nights all inclusive for two adults and one child, which we also paid.
Then they called us later and said that two nights we are asking for are not available at this hotel and offer again low budget hotels with poor reviews. We rejected this offer and they promised to return 480$ back. When we asked when we will get our money back we were told, that the system is very slow in processing and money will be back in two months.

After that they called us to ask about our income and asked to sigh the paper that our income is not less then 100,000$ per year. When we questioned that they told, that the only condition they could book this hotel was to listen the sale's presentation about buying properties in Omni Cancun Hotel & Villas. Nothing like this was mentioned when we signed contract.

When we were in Omni Cancun Hotel & Villas the sales guy at the sales session (where we had to go) asked us the name of the travel company we booked vacations with and also about our satisfaction with this company, after hearing our complains about bad service he said, that they know them very well for the dirty business and do rip off, but Omni Cancun signed contract with this company and now they have no choice, but keep doing business with this company.

Two month later we did not get our money back. We called them many time and first time we were told that manager should look into it and then they sent us to different customer support representative and finally they stopped talking to us and just took messages for the manager and none of them including manager return our calls back. Bottom line is we never received back our 480$.
