Wyndham Vacation Resorts They give false information about their time share program. Nashville Tennessee

My partner and I were at the Opry Mills Mall at got suckered into the Wyndham Vacation deal. The guy who pulled us aside offered to give us $100 cash and a gift certificate for dinner.. all we had to do was spend 2 hours listening to them tell us about their time share program.

Well, we agreed to it. Heck, it was a free dinner and $100 cash! We went there knowing we wouldn't buy into it. After meeting them and seeing the resort.. and listening to all they had to say, we gave in.

Now, 3 months later, we are finding that all the information we were told was inaccurate.
We have a contract stating our monthly payment price.. We are getting billed for more than twice the amount in the contract.

The due date said 1 thing in the contract, but that was wrong also!

We tried to use our benefits of the time share..couldn't..

The thing that finally made us buy into it was the promise that if we weren't happy, Wyndham would buy it back. It was called the buy back program. The buy back program actually states that if we want to sell it, we HAVE to sell it back to them. Also a lie! they have no such program.

We are very unsatisfied with this company. We are currently in contact with their corporate office trying to resolve all this, but no one seems to want to return our calls or offer any assistance. We will be going to our attorney soon, and looking into sueing them for false representation.

DON'T BUY INTO THIS. The hassle is not worth it, and you won't get what they say you will.
