We are a General Contractor that redid the entire lobby along with rewiring the computer system. If you visit we are responsible for the lobby. The manager of The Club was a former employee of ours. She did everything she could to delay our completion of the project, including having us to repaint the lobby, bathrooms and 6 times! She has an axe to grind with us, and I believe it is because it is a minority business now.

We live in a small town in Ocean Shores and whenever she saw me she gave me a cold stare, since she realized I was taking over the business from NBHM. I would have never started the project if I knew this individual was the resort manager. She delayed us at every point to complete our project. The project manager dismissed us when we were 90% complete!

We completed the drilling for the pool brilliantly, and then they announced that someone else would complete the job and refused to pay us for that. They have refused to pay us for the reception desk which is beautiful, and even though it was not in the contract to reconnect the computers, we did so when the Resort manager balked.......these where all delays for us. I believe the manager of Worldmark, the club is a bigot, because she does not like the idea of me owning the business because I am Black-Korean....

You can tell when they look at you with disdain. She thought the old NBHM was doing the work, but did not realize it was me. At this point they owe us close to $20,000. for work we have already done and we have not charged them for a lot of the man hours it took for all her little changes. This is totally unfair. We have employees who have families, and it is getting close to the holidays, we have taxes, L&I, and we have our vendors which we fronted the money to in order to complete the project.

Worldmark, "the club" Ocean Shores refuses to pay it's contractors. We have done a lot of work for them in the past under the NBHM Company, but when the resort manager found out I was the new owner she sabotaged us along
with the Project manager in Redmond. I would think twice before you buy a time share there. We have filed a lien against this property, and the State of Washington is issuing them a rit to pay the takes we cannot pay, because they have not paid us. Thank you,
