WYNNs Extended Warranty Aka WYNN - Brea, California RIPOFF Brea California

WYNN Extended Warranty company based out of Brea, CA if a total RIPOFF!! I bought a used car from a dealership only 6 months ago and the engine has major internal damage. The valve guides broke and the pistons are bad etc.

The dealer's own mechanic documented what the problem is and that it should be covered under the warranty but the 3rd party warranty company denied the claim twice.

The repairs are estimated at $2300. I've made several attempts per day for the past couple weeks to get this resolved myself with WYNN but am unsuccessful. They won't even let me speak to a manager. I cannot even begin to express my frustration with this company.

I paid $1600 for this Warranty and feel its bogus. I have all my receipts and documentation for all my maintenance. Everytime I speak to the WYNNs customer service rep, they are very sarcastic and rude and DO NOT know how to treat customers, or better yet, their victims!

I have not had a car for a month now. It's just sitting in the dealer's shop in pieces waiting for all this to get resolved.

I cannot believe the number of complaints that I've found on the internet about this company. It amazes me that they are still in business. Has anyone out there been successful in going after them? If anyone can offer ANY advice, please contact me at XXXXXXXXXXXXX@yahoo.com
